I may need antibiotics for sinus infection...help

I have agonising trigeminal neuralgia triggered by a bout of cold /flu. Waiting results but suspect I have another sinus infection.

Amoxicillin triggered my colitis and makes it worse each time. This is what I have been prescribed in the past.

Are thete any other antibiotics which may be less harmful to my tummy?

I also have no colon and instead an ileostomy.
