Well that'sR2 done of Wk 2 and although I'm still limping a tiny tiny bit I can feel my leg getting stronger, at last! Wow it was really humid, felt like a real runner perspiring out there (I'm a lady we don't sweat)! ;p

Usually do a bit of abdominals, legs etc when I get home with a Davina workout. Did a little bit of Yoga right at the end and I feel ggggrrrrrreeeeaaatttttt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

;)

Great that your leg is starting to feel stronger. I went out today in the sun, and, yes, it was pretty warm here too - it really put me off, but eventually I realised that I wasn't actually going to keel over, and stopped worrying about it so much, and then did much better!

I went to my first proper yoga class in about 25 years last night, and really enjoyed it. :)

Thanks greenlegs,Yeah happy days! I always think yoga is underrated, feel amazing after a class. It's good going for the burn, but you need to relax as well. I think the foam roller's really helping as well.
