Hi, I've had a bug for a few days which means I havent run now in 9 days.....I want to get "back on the horse" but dont really know where to go from here - should I just start from where I was (W7 R2) or should I take a step back to try and build up again?

Why not start Week 7 over and see how it feels? Take it slow and easy and *expect* to do it. I bet you can :)

I know it's a much easier stage of the plan, but I was ill between weeks 2 and 3 and had to take a week off. I just started on week 3 without repeating anything and was fine. I think your fitness takes a while to disappear. In fact I sort of felt like I'd benefitted from the rest.

Thanks all - think I may just go for a run - no expectations, no times etc - just see how I do then. Fingers crossed I'll just hit the 20-25 mins without any worries!
