Week 2 r2 - I think!

Well hubbie and I set off again today. We'd noticed on day 1 we seemed to be getting instructions from Laura at different times but assumed we'd mis-synced our starting. We realised today that it was not that. There was something wrong with my download, I thought it was just crackly but 2/3 of the way round hubbie said he thought he was 30s ahead on his podcast. As we really needed the full recovery walk we followed the timings on mine, but of course we don't now actually know how long we walked/ ran. And I can't figure it out from mapmyrun either! Ah well. I'm going to re download in the hope its one corrupt file!

  • Well done for week 2 so far. I have heard of syncronise watches not sure how you do it with ipods :-). Good luck to you both.

  • Not sure if it is the same problem but for two weeks I was listening to my podcast x1.5 the actual speed! Without realising there is a place on the podcast to change the speed. I knew something was wrong because the thirty minute podcast only lasted twenty! When it was on x1.5 it was blue and in the top left corner (this was on an iPhone). Wonder if that's what your problem is as it can also be set to x0.5, x1.0 or x2.0 x
