It was a lovely day for it! Got a phone call in the middle of my walking bit, so think I did an extra 90 seconds, oh well survived! Leg still stiff after, so did lots of foam rollering which was ouchy but it's worked. I feel like a tortoise taking it so gently, but I know I'll be a hare soon!

Try a cool bath after a run, helps me.

Keep at it... and don't worry about speed, for goodness sake. It's all about building stamina and developing muscles, not a 4-minute mile (yet).
