Week 2 run 1 and a bit of rollering

It was a lovely day for it! Got a phone call in the middle of my walking bit, so think I did an extra 90 seconds, oh well survived! Leg still stiff after, so did lots of foam rollering which was ouchy but it's worked. I feel like a tortoise taking it so gently, but I know I'll be a hare soon!

phone call......at least it wasn't a fax coming through :-)

Try a cool bath after a run, helps me.

Ha ha! Thanks alcopop,yes I usually have a bath after, sometimes with Epsom salts

Keep at it... and don't worry about speed, for goodness sake. It's all about building stamina and developing muscles, not a 4-minute mile (yet). :-)

Thanks con-brio, I'm impatient, it's my second time on this and I know I can do so much more, but you're right it's not a race!
