I ran today for the Boston Runners!

I did my W8R1 today in very breezy weather. I did it for you Boston Runners and all those who lost their lives and for their families, my heart goes out for you!

Nothing interesting to say but I did my 5K today in 33 minutes and 34 seconds.

Sad greenlegs, very sad! I just can't forget that little boy's face, coming to cheer Daddy who was running and getting killed..for no reason..

I hope to do my run tomorrow along with others who use Runkeeper app and hopefully those affected by this terrible disaster know that they have support worldwide from the running community.
