Weather awful today, BBC weather said no rain where I live 1800-1900, So off I went, not quite rain free but almost. Had a good feeling about this run.
So was pleased I managed 4.44km in 29 minutes.
Pace was 6.53min/km
Speed 9.19 km/h.
Back home for a real shower and g & T!
Glad to hear the BBC weather got it right for your part of the country. I did the same today: checked the forecast and went for a quick 5 km about 6 pm. No rain, but a wee bit windy.
Just wondering if your weather the same as mine here on west side of scotland.

I feel good for an evening run as I normally run in the mornings!
I normally run in the morning too, but did one evening run the previous week too. I noticed I was a lot less stiff than in the morning!
Yesterday at 6pm it was pretty mild and although it was windy, it was a warm wind.
