Well I'm a Sadio given the choice of a meal out with my lovely husband or a trip to the gym for my Friday evening meeting with the dreadmill I chose the gym! Bless him he drove me down and collected my with a blinking take away so my twenty five minute run was soon waisted with a Chinese but I so love this running thing roll on week seven
