Mid week run second post graduation week and I cracked the 9km barrier, I just could not get to 10k, I'm not feeling 100% at the moment, I was quite Jaundiced yesterday due to an on going Gallstones/Gallbladder issue and I've felt sick for a day or two now. Hopefully I'll get to 10k next week or maybe even by the end of this week :D

Happy Running All!

9 kms is pretty amazing two weeks after W9 - and especially from where I sit after W8R3, and struggling to make 5k.

Even more so when you're not feeling 100%. Good luck with the 10k soon. :)

WOW! All I can say is WOW!!! Quite an achievement if you ask me! We followed a 10k program that lasted 6 weeks to get to that time/distance. I think you are doing amazingly well considering all of your health problems! :-) Gayle
