My 2nd Post-Graduation run and I ran for 40 minutes and was just short of 7k at 6.85. I really felt comfortable for the first time, maybe I've found the elusive zone at last

That sounds like a lovely run - feeling 'comfortable' is not something I experience too often, but when I do, it makes sense of all the tough ones.
Look after those legs - that's a long way they're taking you!
