Not a lot to say here, except that I went out this morning and whooped the butt of Week 2 run 1 of the B210K programme.
6.5K in 48 minutes (I carried on for a minute or so after Samantha told me I could start the cool-down walk).
10K in May, here I come!!

Who's Samantha? Doesn't Laura continue to help us on our way after graduation?

Laura does keep helping - with Speed and Stamina programmes. But not a Bridge to 10K,which is what I'm doing.
There are so many options after graduation!!

Hi! WHich B210K is Samantha on? I found a free US one which has a male voice; Samantha sounds a bit more friendly!

There's a link to it on this blog:

Samantha's great! Less 'full on' with the encouragement than Laura, but we don't really need that so much by this stage. And the music's good! Enjoy

knocked a minute off my 5K time, did my fastest ever km, and my best average pace.

improvements😄
I’m hoping run 2 goes just as well, but I think that 3 minute walk in between may...
about in the early morning.
I did the run with no dramas other that wet running shoes and a route...
