Strange the difference a week can make....last week I dreaded going from week 2 to 3, but tonight moving into W4R1 I went in with confidence and only mild anticipation....but Laura....I lift my hat to you - with your excellent tutelage and support I managed it (albeit a bit of a plod on the last 5 min run)....Wonder if she reads these....
