Wow, my legs don't like me anymore!

Starting to get shin splints on the walks in between the running, so need to address that methinks.

Not looking to week 4!

By shin splints do you mean aching shins while walking, but no aches while running or afterwards? Seems strange. What shoes are you wearing?

I'm no expert... hope someone with greater expertise or personal experience can help.

yup, the fronts of my shins ache while I'm doing the walking bits, then are fine running. I have some half decent reebok running shoes, and am fairly careful about my 'technique'.

That's because of my COPD. I shall attempt week 4 next week! On the whole, I feel good about it.
