Did wk 8 r2 outside last week. Ran for 22 mins then felt sick walked for about 3 mins then ran for about 6mins. Last bit was up hill.
Today was on x trainer. Went really well although when it got to the last minute my knee locked and I nearly fell off. I'm ok but it could have been a disaster if I'd have become airborne . Ha ha . Hope every is doing well.x
