One month ago if snow was on the horizon I would be praying for a blizzard so I didn't have to exercise. Today I was on tenterhooks hoping the snow would stop and melt in time for week 3 run 2 tonight . Thankfully it was clear when I got home although bitterly cold. I layered up and trotted out to complete the run. It was hard work and my legs were desperate to stop on the final run. Breathing was harder on the 1st 2 runs than the last 2 - not sure why?!. Roll on run 3 and here's hoping the snow holds off!
