Very brief hints and tips for week 5, run 3 having completed it yesterday.
1) visualise completing the run, the sense of achieving a huge milestone
2) run very slowly, it is about getting round not speed
3) get your breathing right
4) tell yourself you can do it
5) keep going even if you slow down to not much more than a walk
6) celebrate and reward yourself for completing it
If I can do it, so can you...honestly!
