I finished C25K in January and B210K February. I have been running for 60 minutes excluding the warm up and call down three times a week since. I am really enjoying it but just wondered what you all think

I can't see any problem with that. If that's what you enjoy and it fits in with your routine then that's fine. If you ever have specific targets in mind - aiming for a particular race or time, perhaps - then you might want to vary your running sessions, but at the end of the day it's something you do for yourself so just do what suits you.

Read this thread I posted a while a go. It's got loads of information about varying your training scheme. From all my research this is the recommended training but like people say do whatever you're comfortable with
