YEEEEEEhhhh! Just taken delivery of my new treadmill. After months of not doing the programme oranything I went back to start wk1 again. I was REALLY pleased as it was not as difficult as I thought. I did it with relative ease. At a walking pace of 5.9 and running at 9.9 I was able to do what I did before. At 59 I hope this gives some "more mature" people some encouragement. Hopefully I will be able to keep my momentum up and finish the programme this time.
