End of week 3 - ouch and is that supposed to hurt?

I found the last run of week three very hard, OK it was foggy this morning and I found it hard to breath (even took my inhaler before I set off).

Running in the mornings is good though, it sets me up nicely for the day.

Starting week four on Monday so can you please send me positive thoughts (at about 06:15 if you please) as come rain or shine I will do it, even though I will probably have to crawl home!

My legs took a long time to recover today, still it's Friday and I am going to have a nice celebration glass of whisky - single malt of course :-)

Congratulations on getting this far. I'm amazed at how my previously very asthmatic lungs have improved going through this programme. I hope it'll do the same for you :-)


Someone mention single malt.....??!

Congratulations on starting week 4 - and I would definitely send positive thoughts, only I'll be tucked up in me bed, hopefully sound asleep at 06:15! So I'll send them now :-)
