After not running for nearly 3.5 years after having my daughter ( I found out I was pregnant 1 week after completing a 10k run!) I decided to bite the bullet and start running again as 1) its free, 2) you only have to step outside your front door 3) you can easily fit it around family life.
So after completing my first week I didn't find it too difficult, the 2nd run was the hardest for me and this was also my first time training outside as all previous runs were in a gym!
So looking forward to Week 2..Bring it on!!!
