Hi all, have been dreading this run since last night as it was my day off and I attempted some rowing in the hotel gym. Never done it before and not good! Not sure if I was just tired or plain useless, but I thought it did not bode well for today.
Additionally, being away from home (Dresen) I had to run outside and this was a worry for my slightly weak ankle.
Started the run and the cool scenery literally completely took my mind off of how long I was running for. Getting my foot falling away from my heal and not in a pothole were my main concerns, but all went well.
I even looked the part with a little beanie hat, track suit bottoms and a cycling jacket.
Yeh! Actually believing I am becoming a runner now..... And on week 8 next.
