WK4R3 done this morning!

I'm so proud of myself, I got up and out by 6:30am for a chilly March morning run here in Canada!

I had mapped out a 5km route near my house, only to find out during my first 3min run that it starts off up a pretty steep hill! Determined not to turn back, I finished the first run and at the top of the hill, but exhausted. The rest of the runs went okay, although the last 5min run was a bit challenging and I slowed down a lot.

I start WK5 on Wednesday morning... super nervous for WK5!! I've started and stopped this W25K 3 times over the years and it was always during WK4, so it's a really big deal for me to even start WK5!

I signed up for a 5K race on April 6th, so I'm determined to complete this!!!

But I think I'll stay indoors for my runs this week, it's bloody cold here! :P

Congratulations! I did W5R1 yesterday and I found it hard but fine. It was good having a little longer to walk in between runs than W4. Good luck starting W5 - you can do it!
