Can't get over the fact that my nike plus told me that I have now run 200 miles.

Thankyou c25k and all of the people supporting on this website. Really really chuffed with myself and never thought this time last year I would even be running

Just goes to show with a little help, support and self belief you can achieve anything.

For any of those non believers or self doubters out there, follow the program, it works. Believe in yourself and trust the program, i really does work!!!!

Thanks to C25k

Amazing

James :-) :-) :-)

Amazing how it clocks up isn't it. I have done about 75miles this year and that's with about 4 weeks out coz of illness.

Keep running!!!
