'Bridge to 10k' is great progression from 'C25k' but lacks the personal touch, somewhat. I miss Laura's comforting northern lilt... I feel as though I've been a bit naughty with the beep / grumpy man-of-few-words set-up. Might have to occasionally revert in order to feel like a little star again... ;)

Yes, I definitely don't want a grumpy old man telling me what to do! Maybe someone on here knows of other apps. I've still got a few weeks with the lovely Laura.....

You've summed up beautifully the feeling those podcasts gave me. That was one of the reasons (also doing that distance 3x a week was too much) I decided to go it alone to 10k. Much better IMO. :-)

an hour ago was me completing R3W9, and hence the C25K programme. Honestly, it was my best run...
