Anticipating run 2 of week run bridge to 10k

Well I am due to run again tonight! I know it will be hard work! Had a half term day with my son yesterday, ate cake and popcorn while watching 'Wreck it Ralph".

Need to stop with the snacks! If I complete tonight i will by myself a new running shirt. Currently running in a cotton t, not very nice!! Would buy other nice running gear but tights are a no no until the snacks are under control!
