Hibernation over!!! It's been a month since I donned my lovely running shoes due to illness, awful weather and a bit of laziness, but I'm back!
I was even sensible and just did 5 mins running at a time with intervals, in the hope that getting back up to 5k will be easier if I go in stages again, then I just need the weather to stay half decent so that I can carry on
