Tonight's W8R1 and I'm actually looking forward to it. I can't believe how my attitude to running has changed already. I've also (without trying) lost 8 pounds of my post baby weight (which is a pleasant surprise as there's always coffee and cake about ehen you're on maternity leave!!!). I'm still plodding along in terms of speed but can see improvements in that too as each week passes. Still a long way to go until I can feel confident about the 10k I've got planned for July but pretty positive all the sane!!
