Well, I never would have thought I'd have the staying power to even get to the end of the first week but I have - yippee!! Thoroughly enjoying it so far and looking forward to starting W2 on Sunday. My run today went well, and i know I have progressed a little bit and even managed to do an extra minute on the last run!! Hubby even said that my tummy is looking flatter, woohoo!
Whats in store for me next week? Is it 2 min runs??
