Good job getting this far! I just finished W4 R3 this evening and I'm also feeling good, but I'm nervous about week 5 because I know what's coming. I haven't been doing any extra running bits, so all I know right now is that I can do 5 minutes. I'll find out in a couple of days how I do with 8. BTW, love your enthusiasm.
Well done for completing week 4, I am due to start tomorrow. Think I will do it while my daughter is at swimming club.
I too have found that my general mood has improved enormously. I am more relaxed and able to keep calm during the stresses of bringing up children. Also, general worries seem to be less important! Looking forward to week 4. My daughter doesn't believe me when I say I will be able to run for 20 minutes in a few weeks time - I believe I CAN do it! It will be great to run together (she is 11 and does cross country so can't wait to run with her).
