Shouldn't really have done today as I started yesterday, but I knew that I couldn't do tomorrow and, to be honest, I woke up early desparate to get back out there again! Sooo much easier today, the last 10 seconds of each run still dragged but at least today I kept my head up and waited for Laura to tell me to slow down rather than clock watching. The final 60 seconds was hard going, but I recovered so much that I even threw a couple more 60 second runs into the 5 minute end walk - so naughty, but it felt so good Thanks to everyone who wrote such encouraging comments on my first day blog yesterday - have finished today with a real sense that things are moving forward.
