I don't know the dvd but I do find that my Monday morning yoga class works lots of muscles I didn't know I had and all my core muscles hurt the next day if I cough or laugh ! I still feel it's beneficial, it's a great way to stretch out all those bits that tighten up when you run.
My class is at 7.30am and so far I'm the only person who turns up so I think I get made to work extra hard - no opportunity for slacking

I don't know that DVD, Flart, but you've reminded me I have a 'Yoga Burn' DVD by Rodney Lee tucked away somewhere. I'll look it out and try it again. I remember it was tough as it is a continuous yoga flow--unlike my Iyengar yoga class--but as far as I remember had lots of core strengthening poses, which I need.
