Hope after a sore knee, hip.

After taking over a week off because of a sore knee and hip I could feel myself slipping back into couch mode. So last night I bit the bullet and tried a run. Thought I would just do 20 minutes to ease into it all, but ended up doing my normal 30! It felt great and I really enjoyed to feeling of being back at it. I passed several other runners and it was fun to give them a smile of encouragement. I have to say though that during the night my hip let me know it was there and today my knee is whispering too. So will probably take another few days before I run again. But at least I know I can still do this, just have to leave more than one day between each run. Great!
