decided my New Years resolution would be to run as many Parkruns as I could this year, no feeble excuses about being tired or weather to cold etc, so this month I have completed every Parkrun including one on New Years day! I have managed to take 70 seconds off my time with two PBs and today was given the award for Parkrunner of the month :-D Woo hoo, am so happy and proud. This is due to the brilliant C25K, the Parkrun at Southend for their encouragement and all you fellow C25Kers for your advice and support and enthusiasm. So thank you all. Of to Sweatshops soon for gait analysis and my free pair of running shoes !!!! :-) looking forward to more improvement in February :-)

Thank you everyone. Your prize for being runner of month is a voucher for a pair of running shoes from Sweatshops, which is very nice of them :-)
