Yay - C25K Week 3 completed !!!!

I was dreading the run tonight as I struggled so much with the previous run but it was great! I made an effort to slow things down and it went soooo much better. I felt I could have carried on running at the end of the final three minute run :-).

I am still scared to death by the seemingly big jump to week 4 but am going to give it a go !!

Huge thank you to you guys for keeping me motivated and spurred in, you are all inspirational

Well done for getting through three whole weeks of this. :) Slowing things down really does make a difference, doesn't it! You'll be fine with week 4, I bet. Just stay slow...
