Just mapped out my long run for this week...

...and I'm not looking forward to it...

In exactly the same way I didn't look forward to running 15 minutes with no breaks, or thirty minutes, or making the 5k mark without stopping...

which is funny, because last week I did 14k, and this week i'm 'only' adding 1 k to it. Maybe part of the fear is that it looks so far on the map!!!

BUT i know if I just keep plodding on I'll get there. And I can easily add another Km onto it at the end if I fancy it... LOL! like that'll happen!

I'll report tomorrow on the run - because I'm going through dodgy parts of town I'll be going in the morning!

It's amazing how long runs look on the map or if you drive them, but when you run them they are a joy :-)
