Surprising myself with every run!

I just love this programme. I went out today in minus 4 degrees and the canal was beautiful covered in snow and frost, lots of frozen cobwebs and icicles! Just completed wk6 run1, it was hard, but ok hard, and I still can't believe I can do it ha! Think I'll have a bath now to warm my legs back up, they are freeeeezing!

Well done Katy. I admire you going out in such cold weather.

Glad I had a rest day today - I would have had to go out in the dark, and I don't think ice and dark is a good combination, so I'd probably have ended up missing a day. The canal sounds really pretty - but seriously cold!

You've given me an idea - I could run by a canal tomorrow. Must remember to take my kit to work, so I can go on the way home (I finish at lunchtime most days, so it'll be light). Thanks!

Love running down the canal, its long, flat and not as hard as pavement! Dog walkers usually tell me I'm doing really well which spurs me on!
