I'm progressing towards a 10k run in June by using the speed podcast , doing a Parkrun and then a longer run once a week.
The stamina podcast gets me to 6.5k but then runs out. I've tried running to my own music but it just doesn't work. Does anyone know if you can download longer podcasts from Audiofuel to help with longer sessions?
