Completed W2R1 last night and didn't feel too bad, no weight changes yet but something seems to be happeneing as the beer keg has shrunk from 115cm down to 109cm in just under three weeks. Also notice a slight loss to neck measurement and thigh...!
Where does it go, or is it simply fat reconstituting itself as muscle somewhere else? Aches to right leg is back again but no where near the feeling of W1R1. W2R2 tomorrow and am looking forward to attacking this. Still need to keep the speed in check as I am so tempted to up the speed at the start.
