Completed W2R1 last night..

Completed W2R1 last night and didn't feel too bad, no weight changes yet but something seems to be happeneing as the beer keg has shrunk from 115cm down to 109cm in just under three weeks. Also notice a slight loss to neck measurement and thigh...!

Where does it go, or is it simply fat reconstituting itself as muscle somewhere else? Aches to right leg is back again but no where near the feeling of W1R1. W2R2 tomorrow and am looking forward to attacking this. Still need to keep the speed in check as I am so tempted to up the speed at the start.

Well done on starting week 2. I think measuring is a better way to check body changes rather than the scales as though you will lose fat you will gain muscle. The loss of cm from the "beer keg"? You left them behind you as you ran. lol. Keep on running.

That all sounds very encouraging! keep up the good work. You could always try out speeding up at the start to see what happens - some people can cope with faster than others. Every time I've done that I've regretted it though!

5 training sessions... But today I stepped up to w2r1 and completed it... Ok slowly, but I covered...
