dragged my un-fit body and screeming muscles through w1r1

Well after graduating in June and breaking ankle falling off bike in July plus a few false starts I am ready to start again but boy was it hard. Not as hard as the first time around so I havent lost all my hard won fitness.

Put on weight while not excercising and Christmas of course but working on that back at weight watchers again.

Will be doing next run on Wednesday and hope to get back in to writing blogs and contributing to this great forum.
