This has been recommended to me by my stepson. I have also downloaded the B210k app (not the podcasts many of you use as I don't have win zip and therefore couldn't download it) but it seems quite similar. The micoach is a bit different as it works on 4 runs a week but a mixture of long average-paced a runs and shorter ones with speed intervals. Just not sure which one to go for and wondered if anyone had tried micoach and had a view.
