Great to be back on the programme after a break of 4 months. Lots of travelling with work and long hours etc prevented me running for a few weeks, and before you know it a whole season has gone by. Wow, it is easier second time round (not feeling like being sick in final interval!) even with the extra stone I picked up in my slovenly winter habits.
Just wanted to stop by and say hi. This forum helped me so much last time, the c25k took me from a never runner, someone who hated even the thought, to running a 5k in the promised 9 weeks and beyond. To anyone starting brand new, trust the wisdom, stick religiously to the rest days and enjoy the ride. It does work.
No Laura podcasts for me this time - I found the music massively annoying especially on the 3rd run of the weeks. I set up all the different sessions on runkeeper. I use this free app on my phone to track time and mileage along with playing some banging tunes on my spotify playlist works great for me.

So good to hear that I wasn't the only one who fell off the C25K wagon over the the last few months. I completed the programme in August last year and kept it up for a few weeks past graduation, but like you, things got in the way, and before I know it, here I am some 3 months later having barely run anything!
So time to dust off my running shoes and get back on the plan. I know it works and hopefully it will help shift the Christmas bulge that seems to have appeared too!
Good luck and I'll keep checking in because the forum really does keep you motivated!
