Week 6 run 3 done :-)

Well I'm a happy lady at the moment - went out for my first continuous 25-minute run this evening and completed it no probs! Don't get me wrong, it was tiring, especially as I was running uphill and into the wind at several points, but I've done it and I feel really chuffed. Also got the chance to try out my new trainers after having my gait/pronation properly measured and fortunately they felt really good.

Feel amazed that just five more minutes' running will mean I've completed C25K, gonna be so proud at the end of week 9 :-) woohoo!!
