All advice welcome - I finished W7R1 early on new year's day and felt fine. As the day went on, my heel and calf became painful and stiff and it isn't right yet. How long should I give it before expecting to be able to run again? Ta

Give it as long as it takes - I've never had achilles pain touch wood but I did have runner's knee and if I'd rested up more when it started it would probably have got better a whole lot sooner than it has. :-(

If you're still in pain at the beginning of the week I'd go and see someone about it, unless somebody here comes up with an idea that helps you.

Hope it's better soon! :-)
