Having got to Wk7 R3 back in August I haven't managed to run since. Had disastrous run on a treadmill in a hotel gym which left me with such a painful hip I could barely walk. ( usually run outdoors on farm track ) . Still get some discomfort but have gone back to beginning and am now off to do W1 R3 in the rather chilly but beautiful sunny morning. Long may the rain stay away !!

Happy new year to everyone.

Hi Plodalong, you are not alone. I've gone back to the beginning myself, after finishing Week 4 last October. We WILL finish this time! All the best to you!

Hi Epid I need to take it slow so I dont get injured again. But like you I'm determined to finish however long it takes. Good luck x

Welcome back plod! Glad you haven't been put off by the treadmill experience and wish you all the best as you restart the program. It's a lovely dry and calm day today so will be making the most of it very soon too!!

Welcome back!!! Like the others said, take it slow to not risk injury again and wishing you a successful run to Graduation! :-) I fight pain in my hip joints after runs, not sure I can offer any advice other then using a deep penetrating rub. Have a great 2013!!!! Gayle

Enjoy your return and please do be careful with that hip!! Those nagging injuries can be pesky nuisances!!
