Going to do it properly this time.

I tried to do the couch to 5k before but I would get bored with the slow pace and push myself more or faster. My body wasn't ready for this and I would quickly give in with exhaustion or injury. This time I have my app, I'm finding it easier being told what to do by the electronic voice. Saying that though so far I've done W1 R1, and that was this morning. I'm feeling motivated to stick to the plan for the next 8 weeks. I've bought an armband to keep my iphone in one place and if I'm successful over the next 8 weeks I may invest in a Garmin gadget.

I'm going to try and keep this blog as motivation but as with previous attempts of the C25K I may get distracted...

Hi Holly welcome back to C25K. As you know, you have to take your time and allow your

body to adapt. I have just finished W4 after starting at the beginning of Nov, i am going quite slowly too. Good luck and enjoy, Ed x
