Christmas. Not the same without running.

Christmas needs running or I become insane.

I managed a Christmas Eve run on the treadmill for 20 minutes. I today did a Boxing Day run of 5k outside which took 32+ minutes. I will try to download on endomondo tomorrow but can't get to do it today.

That's really good! I graduated two weeks ago and since then have kept up doing the 5k three times a week! This week I went out on Christmas Eve and Boxing Day and it feels so good getting out there after all the excess keep on running
