Having officially caught the bug, I have bought myself a lovely pair of running trainers and wow what a difference!!! Unfortunately the weather doesn't appreciate my new purchase so I am 4 days late starting week 8, but today I discovered I can just pay as I go at the gym so treadmill here I come!!!
