I have signed up for my second 5k. It is funny that after my first one back in October, I just started to let my running be much less structured and would skip days. Signing up for this new one has refocused me.
My first 5k I ran in 40:20, My goal for this one is to do better than 38:00. I know it is not fast, but incremental improvements will add up. This race is in the US in New Jersey and on 1 Jan 2013. I guess I will need to avoid drinking too much on New Years Eve, I would not want a hangover for a race that is still a big deal to me.
