And no dizzy spell or exploding head at the end. It's warmer than I thought but the roads are empty so I ran on road instead of pavement and that seemed much easier than pavements for some reason. Followed all the advice I received after the last run an drank water before I left and followed proper cool down and it felt great. Was even lively enough to help two old ladies checking into the hotel and carried their suitcases up four flights of stairs without getting out of puff. What do these old ladies pack for a winter break that makes their bags so heavy?

Anyway great run and now time for a little ore dinner glass of bubbly.

Not my prettiest photo but evidence that I worked hard enough to deserve the cava.
