Trying to replicate the high

To my surprise I have been able to get out fairly regularly in the last week, despite the weather and work commitments. Have tried ditching the gadgets a few times too, no ipod or phone app. Have just been timing myself when I can run 30 minutes or more. I seem to be getting a little faster each time which is good.

Last night I attempted to replicate my 'all time high' endorphin rush of a couple of weeks ago by following the exact same routine. A short 20 minute run (largely uphill though) in the evening, home, shower and then dinner at about 8 (late for me). I must say it worked perfectly although the high didn't set in until I had eaten. Maybe I am just hungry!

Over xmas I might try some of the b210k podcasts as I should have a little more time.
